Responsibilities:
·      Perform a broad range of HR functions, with a focus on employee benefits, staff engagement, and creating a positive employee experience.
·      Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practicesÂ
·      Provide sound HR advisory and support to management and staff, exercising professionalism and good judgmentÂ
·      Partner with leadership to foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth and developmentÂ
·      Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment laws and regulationsÂ
·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrityÂ
·      Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectivenessÂ
Requirements:
·      Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related disciplineÂ
·      At least 3 years of relevant HR experience across multiple HR functionsÂ
·      Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulationsÂ
·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people across different backgrounds and levels
·      Resourceful, proactive, and able to balance operational responsibilities with a heart for people and staff care
·      Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
