The Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive is responsible for handling a wide spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for the company and its subsidiaries, including statutory compliance, board meetings, and liaison with regulatory authorities. This role requires sound knowledge of corporate governance practices, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate files in accordance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.

- Assist in organising and preparing agendas, notices, board resolutions, and minutes of Board and General Meetings.

- Ensure timely filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities for incorporation, annual returns, changes in directors/shareholders, and other statutory matters.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including directors, shareholders, auditors, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.

- Assist with the preparation of corporate documents such as directors' resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and bank signatory updates.

- Support compliance and corporate governance matters for the group and assist in due diligence exercises and corporate transactions.

- Monitor and ensure deadlines for statutory filings and compliance obligations are met.

- Keep abreast of developments in corporate law and regulations and update the team accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

- ICSA qualification or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably in property development or listed companies.

- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements.

- Familiarity with company incorporation and compliance processes in Malaysia and Indonesia is a strong advantage.

- Able to work independently, handle confidential matters with discretion, and meet tight deadlines.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Familiar with ACRA BizFile+, BoardResolution software or similar tools.

- Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the review of HR policies and procedures across different HR functions, taking into consideration Public Service directives, applicable legislation and industry best practices, as well as impact to the organisation.
• Lead engagement with stakeholders and staff to evaluate proposed changes.
• Partner HR functions in the implementation of new and updated policies and procedures.
• Review implementation effectiveness; recommend enhancements to policies, and refinements to policy communication and implementation approach.
• Evaluate deviations to policies and procedures, taking into account business impact and implications on other related policies.
• Oversee the communication plan for the implementation of policy and procedure updates, including the development of change management plan for new policies and procedures.
• Ensure clear articulation and consistent framing of narratives across all mediums, e.g. circulars, eDMs, staff engagement sessions for policies to be well-understood.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, including HR Policy, Communications or related areas;
• Demonstrated experience leading organisation‑wide communications, particularly in translating complex policies into clear and engaging narratives;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft senior‑level briefs and staff communications;
• Experience in the Public Service or large, complex organisations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support;
• Manage and support day-to-day HCM operations;
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations;
• Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support;

Estimated Gross: $2,700 – $3,800 depending on shift and overtime

Available Openings:

1. AM Shift Driver

   • Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days

   • Mon–Fri: 8am / 9am to 5pm / 6pm

   • Saturday: 8am–12pm / 9am–1pm

   • Basic: $2,800 + OT $15/hr

   • Estimated Gross: $3,100 – $3,800

2. PM Shift Driver

   • Monday to Friday

   • Mon–Fri: 9pm–6am

   • Sunday OT when required: 12am–5am

   • Basic: $2,500 + OT $12/hr

   • Estimated Gross: $2,700 – $3,300

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 vehicles to deliver pallets, loose materials, and cargo

• Load, secure, and verify cargo against delivery documents

• Perform deliveries across Singapore / within Changi FTZ, depending on shift

• Conduct daily vehicle checks before operation

• Report vehicle faults, cargo discrepancies, delays, or delivery issues

• Maintain delivery and collection records

• Follow road safety regulations and company safety procedures

• Update supervisors or controllers on delivery progress

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Class 4 driving experience

• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes

• Changi FTZ experience will be an advantage

• Able to handle loading and unloading of cargo
