• Manage the whole employee’s lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, employment terms and conditions as well as company benefit.
• Responsible in the following domains such as full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, strategic development and more.
• Responsible for the administering of payroll function which includes claims, overtime payments, bonus and monthly salary.
• Ensure compliance of the HR policies and processes.
• Manage end to end process for all applicants and renewal of work passes and escalate any outstanding issues.
• Partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
• Data maintenance in relation to employee information and aligning with the best HR practices and policies.
• Support internal and external audits, manpower report, government survey and more.
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
