About the role

We are a growing HR consultancy taking on an exciting flagship project — supporting the pre-opening of a new boutique hotel under an international hospitality brand in Singapore. Requirements

* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or human resources.

* Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to identify and attract high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and headhunting.

* Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruitment tools.

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
• Manage employee insurance purchases and renewals.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment-related matters.
• Administer CPF submissions and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate employee income tax filing (IR8A and related submissions).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with MOM regulations, CPF, payroll processing, and tax filing requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
