To support existing accounts personnel:
- Support day-to-day accounting (invoicing, payments, reconciliation)
- Assist in month-end closing and basic finance reporting
- Handle statutory submissions (GST, CPF, GTO)
- Support HR functions including hiring and onboarding
- Manage work passes and staff records
- Track attendance, leave, and payroll support
- Mon to Fri // 9am to 6pm
