We are a young, energetic team on a rapid growth trajectory. We are looking for a HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations and help build a strong people foundation.
The Role: HR Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and manage new hire onboarding
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records (leave, claims, medical)
- Process monthly payroll and work pass applications (Singapore)
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing team events and engagement activities
Performance & Training Support
- Coordinate performance reviews and training sessions
- Support the Trainer Allowance Scheme (track preparation, content, effectiveness)
Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labor laws
- Handle employee inquiries on HR policies
What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (internship experience may be considered for fresh graduates)
- Experience in distribution, technology, or SME environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Singapore labor laws (essential)
Skills & Competencies
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Mandarin is preferred
