- Supporting HR Manager in full HR spectrum including recruitment & selection, staff benefits & welfare and mainly on training & development.
- Training & Development - review existing performance management form.
- To ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity and administer SDF and other governmental grants for claim submission.
- Support leader to develop, redesign and manage technical training curriculum for business units
- Support in overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas
- Conduct training, perform evaluation on training & assessment
- Plan and coordinate in house and external training
- Monitor and maintain proper training records
- Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc.
- Online processing of work pass for foreign workers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Experience in HR - Training & Development
- 5 days work near Gul Circle MRT (5mins walk from MRT)
- Salary $3800 - $4500
- Start work within 1 month notice
