Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Verify attendance records, any deductions prior to payroll submission.
Maintain and update employee leave records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees including document collection
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters
Support initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement activities.
Handle offboarding activities such as clearance and issuance of relevant letters.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing hiring calendars
Support HR audits, surveys, and government reporting when required.
Handle other general HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar discipline
Minimum 3 years of HR and administrative experience
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Meticulous with strong attention to details and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
