Job Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and prepare payroll-related reports.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, annual leave, medical leave and medical claims.
Handle work permit application / renewal / cancellation and medical check-up arrangement.
Update and maintain employee records in HRIS and personnel files (P-files).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Perform data entry, documentation, and ensure all HR records are up to date.
Assist in organizing company events and staff engagement activities.
Provide general HR and administrative support, including ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma or equivalent
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in an HR assistant or HR role.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations or experience in the related field will have an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Able to start work within short notice is an advantage.
