Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Officer to drive talent acquisition efforts and support the company’s growth. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding quality candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networking)
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Actively reach out to passive candidates and build long-term talent relationships
2. Screening & Selection
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Support the selection process, including shortlisting and evaluation of candidates
3. Employer Branding & Outreach
- Promote the company’s brand and career opportunities through social platforms and events
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives
- Create engaging content to attract potential candidates
4. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage communication and follow-ups with candidates
- Assist in onboarding coordination for new hires
5. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates)
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management
