Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate SAP Business One implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery to clients.

• Engage stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, evaluate current operational systems, and recommend process improvements using SAP Business One capabilities.

• Prepare clear and structured documentation outlining business requirements, system configurations, and solution proposals.

• Work closely with internal technical consultants to develop and implement customised add-ons or enhancements that address specific business needs.

• Support client adoption by guiding users through system functionalities and best practices, helping them become confident in operating the ERP platform.

• Ensure proper project closure and knowledge transfer by transitioning completed implementations to the internal support team for ongoing maintenance.

• Supports both pre and post-contract administration across assigned projects.

• Reviews specifications, performs quantity take-offs, prepares cost estimates, and coordinates with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project execution.

• Works closely with project teams while maintaining effective collaboration with internal and external parties.

• Assists in managing and resolving commercial and contractual matters.

• Oversees procurement processes, ensuring cost control and budget alignment.

• Handles contract administration and maintains accurate project documentation.

• Prepares and manages progress claims, valuations, and final accounts.

• Participates in site visits and project meetings as required.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or construction-related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial roles within project environments.

• Exposure to both pre and post-contract functions.

• Experience in handling LTA projects will be an added advantage
