Job Description
We are partnering with a reputable shipping company to hire a Marine HR, Recruitment professional based in Singapore.
This role will focus on recruitment activities for seagoing personnel and support the company’s crewing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities for seagoing personnel
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates for vessel positions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up closely with candidates
- Support onboarding and deployment process for crew members
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within the maritime industry
- Liaise closely with crewing team and internal stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment records and database
- Support recruitment initiatives and manpower planning
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment or crewing experience within the maritime/shipping industry
- Familiar with seafarers’ certification and maritime recruitment processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Resourceful, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
