Job Summary

As a Fitness Personal Trainer at Phillip Wain, you will deliver personalized training sessions and design tailored fitness & movement programs that drive measurable progress for members. You will play a key role in motivating clients to achieve lifestyle improvements while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private fitness sessions to members, adapting exercises to individual needs and goals
• Monitor and evaluate members’ progress through regular physical assessments to inform program adjustments
• Identify client needs and design safe, effective movement programs that promote health and fitness improvements
• Achieve personal targets related to client visits and service delivery goals to contribute to business growth
• Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention
• Demonstrate motivation and a strong work ethic to support members in making sustainable lifestyle changes
• Ensure service areas, equipment, and supplies are organized, clean, and comply with safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a recognized international Personal Training Certificate
• Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in fitness instruction

• Exhibit resourcefulness and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a dynamic environment
• Display a positive service attitude to foster excellent member relationships

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Health Supplement Promoter to help our store achieve and exceed sales targets, specifically promoting GNC products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, extensive knowledge of health and wellness products, and a proven track record in sales.

• Drive Sales: Engage with customers to promote and sell GNC health and wellness products, aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Attend to customers' enquiries, providing expert advice on GNC products to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest GNC products and supplements to effectively assist and persuade customers.
• Merchandising and Display: Manage in-store merchandising and displays for GNC products to attract and engage customers.
• Stock Management: Participate in routine stock takes to minimise shrinkage, ensure stock accuracy, and identify high-demand GNC products.
• Housekeeping: Maintain counter cleanliness and hygiene for an inviting shopping environment.
