Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and client-focused Personal Trainers who are passionate about delivering measurable fitness results. This role combines professional coaching with sales accountability, requiring individuals who can both train effectively and build a sustainable client base.

You will be responsible for delivering customised training programs, driving personal training sales, and contributing to overall club performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Training & Client Results

• Design and deliver customised training programs based on client goals and fitness assessments

• Ensure proper exercise execution, safety, and progression

• Track client performance and adjust programs to maximise results

• Provide professional guidance on fitness, recovery, and overall well-being

2. Sales & Business Development

• Actively sell and service personal training packages

Requirements

• Recognised Personal Training certification

• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of Personal Training experience

Key Responsibilities

**Medicine-Specific Deliveries**

- Transport prescription drugs, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and pharmacy orders.

- Handle temperature-sensitive medicines using van or refrigerated vehicles

**Route & Time Management**

- Execute optimized delivery routes to meet strict pharmacy schedules and patient time windows.

- Prioritize STAT/urgent medication requests (e.g., antibiotics, palliative care drugs).

**Regulatory Compliance**

- Adhere to **Good Distribution Practice (GDP)** guidelines for pharmaceuticals (Health Sciences Authority).

- Maintain audit-ready temperature logs and vehicle hygiene records.

**Documentation & Security**

- Verify orders, collect signatures, and submit digital proof of delivery (ePOD).

- Secure high-value medications during transit (no unattended vehicles).

**Customer Protocol**

- Interact discreetly with clinics, pharmacists, and patients during handovers.

Job Summary: As Anytime Fitness Kallang Personal Trainer, you will provide fitness guidance to help clients improve their physical condition. You are expected to create tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and groups. You will assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress. You will run and supervise various fitness and health programs. You will assess the physical and health conditions of clients, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their improvement. You will also explain applicable safety rules and regulations (e.g. use of equipment). You are often the representative of the company that will have the most interaction with the members. You need to look neat and clean and should have stamina. You will spend majority of your time on your feet, and may have to lift heavy gym accessory. You must be respectable, responsible and a positive role model. You are expected to demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness. Ultimately, you will help our clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.
