Overview
As an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager in Medical Affairs – Clinical Governance (MACG), you play a crucial role in managing the quality and safety training and quality assurance work that impact the quality and growth under MACG and assigned programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical quality and patient safety training initiatives.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees, identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Manage incident reporting and conduct root cause analysis for serious events.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and safety data; prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to drive improvements.
- Draft meeting minutes and maintain internal communications, including website updates.
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and stakeholders to promote quality and safety initiatives.
Programme & Workshop Management
- Plan and execute annual Quality Improvement (QI) workshops in line with approved directives.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, venues, and resources within timelines.
- Implement workshop structures, content updates, engagement strategies, and publicity.
- Manage communications with departments, faculty, and participants.
- Oversee registration processes and ensure eligibility compliance.
- Coordinate project submissions, reviews, approvals, and documentation.
- Facilitate faculty assignments and engagement with project teams.
- Support project review sessions (initial, mid-point, final) and track submission compliance.
- Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, templates, and checklists.
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and digital tools.
