Assist dentists chairside and in the operating theatre to ensure procedural smoothness and patient comfort, creating positive patient experiences
Uphold standards in infection prevention and control, sterilise and prepare instruments and equipment
Provide administrative support, including performing frontline counter duties - answering phone calls, attending to patients and their enquiries, registration, general billing and cashiering duties, invoice filing, CHAS / insurance submission, scheduling appointments and follow up, confirmation of patients’ appointments
