Job Description

CT Nexus is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Quality Control Assistant to ensure all food products meet company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices in production areas
• Record quality inspection results and prepare simple reports
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs
• Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformance
• Assist in maintaining proper storage and handling procedures
• Work closely with production team to improve product quality

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Good attention to detail and responsibility
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in food manufacturing or QC is an advantage
• Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience

Responsibility:

-Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

-Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and service standards are consistently maintained.

-Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

-Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.

-Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.

-Strong leadership quality with excellent communication interpersonal skills
