Responsibilities: 

1. Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations 
2. Manage and take responsibility for an assigned kitchen section 
3. Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards 
4. Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation during service 
5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times 
6. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to the Sous Chef 
7. Assist with kitchen mise en place and daily preparation 
8. Support training and guidance of junior kitchen staff when required

10. Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
