You will be successful if you have:

About Us

We're a new dumpling eatery (non-halal) opening in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We specialise in freshly made dumplings crafted daily — simple food, done really well. We're building a small, tight-knit team who takes pride in what they put on the plate.

• Assist in the daily preparation of dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces according to our recipes
• Handle cooking during service — boiling noodles and dumplings to order, and assembling completed orders for collection

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a reliable and innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in ensuring quality service, profitability, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. • To train new/existing employees and recommend upgrade training courses when applicable.
• To prepare timely and accurate periodic reports to superiors.

• Has relevant working experience.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in leading a team is a must.
• Based at 1 or 5 Senoko Road.

We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable kitchen assistant to assist the cook with ingredient preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen.

As a  kitchen assistant, you should exercise exceptional time management and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner. Ultimately, an outstanding Kitchen Assistant should be able to comply with all food health and safety regulations.
