The STEM Programme & Makerspace Support Executive will provide operational, technical, and administrative support for the Junior Outstanding Leaders in Energy for Sustainability (JOULES) Programme and assist in fostering a strong maker culture within the school environment. The role involves managing STEM equipment, maintaining learning spaces, supporting STEM lessons and workshops, and ensuring the effective operation of the JOULES Smart Centre and Makerspace facilities.

Key Responsibilities

JOULES Programme Support

• Prepare, set up, and maintain STEM equipment and devices for lessons, including micro:bit devices, sensors, simple electric circuits, solar panels, m5GO kits, and related peripherals.
• Conduct regular equipment checks, troubleshooting, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the JOULES Smart Centre.
• Assist teachers and trainers during STEM lessons and activities to support student learning.
• Attend professional development sessions, workshops, and training programmes to stay updated on STEM-related developments.
• Support and facilitate STEM workshops, student learning journeys, and competitions where required.

• Supervise students in the safe and responsible use of Makerspace facilities.

• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and management of Makerspace equipment, software, and materials.
• Assist in installation, operation, and maintenance of Makerspace technologies such as:3D PrintersLaser CuttersVirtual Reality (VR) Systems
• Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with the school’s STEM Programme Committee to support curriculum delivery and STEM initiatives.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Managed investments forsingle family office

·       Research various fundstructures and alternative investments

·       Prepare market andmonthly performance reports for investors

·       Conduct quantitativeand qualitative analysis on investment opportunities and prepare investmentreports for decision-making purposes

·       Perform due diligence,lead investments negotiations, and coordinate legal aspects

·       Review businessperformance, recommend changes to the existing investment portfolios

·       Identify potentialstrategic investment

·       Lead the investmentstrategy and associated activities

REQUIREMENT:

·       MAS Representativewould be highly advantageous

·       Master's/Bachelor'sDegree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, orsimilar), with CFA preferred

·       Preferable at least 15years of relevant working experience in the stock exchange (US & HK market)or public equity investment background

·       Strong quantitativeand financial modelling background with hands on experience on buildingtactical asset allocation models

·       Strong communicationskills (English & Chinese) to liaise with Chinese-speaking director(s)

• Location : Millenia Tower (Near Suntec City)

• Working hours :9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days)
• Salary: up to S$18,000 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate accordingto experience & qualifications)

Job Description:

You will help to ensure that the preschool for children 2 months – 6 years old is clean and safe. You will ensure the safety of the children while carrying out your job and work well with others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleans classroom, toilets, common areas ,office, reception, parents’ area, windows, doors, window grilles, gates, shelves, cabinet, shoe racks, cubbies, children’s tables and chairs (including dining area)
• Cleans toys, children’s mattresses, floor rugs, pet area, art and craft area, and soft covers
• Clean and sanitise area if children soil themselves
• Clears rubbish from classroom/office
• Assist in showering the children in the morning or washing of dishes in the afternoon
• Prepare simple meals when needed
• Help maintain garden (if applicable)
• Might have to work on certain Saturdays when necessary

Job Description:

You will be task to care for and teach a class of children from 18 months to 3 years of age (Playgroup/ Pre-Nursery Classes). Engage them in storytelling, song and dance as well as plentiful of sensorial activities to work on their fine and gross motor skills.
