About the team

The Investment Services Platform Team (ISPT) is a central team within Platform Operating Model Control and Support in Global Operating Platform, reporting to the Global Head of Platform Control and Support with a global remit. • Strong understanding of ETF operating models, including key dependencies between portfolio holdings, basket/PCF outputs, pricing/valuation inputs, and downstream servicing.
• Demonstrable hands-on capability in PCF / basket file analysis and troubleshooting, including constituent validation and cash component variance investigation (or closely related file-based operational diagnostics).
• Solid grasp of the trade lifecycle (trade capture, confirmations/matching where applicable, settlement readiness, fail management) and how exceptions propagate operational risk.

We are currently seeking a Finance Executive to join eazy, with a dedicated focus on managing the fill finance operations for our sister company, Anda.

Anda is a market leader in maid and motorcycle insurance, with over 30 years of expertise. Leveraging on its strong and established relationships with industry partners, Anda has built its reputation on providing a wide array of insurance solutions. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as we continue to expand our operations.

Reporting to the Head of Finance

A day in the life for Executive:

·         Execute and manage the day-to-day activities of the Finance team.

·         Handle high-volume operational finance tasks, including premium reconciliations, agent commission processing, and monitoring of insurance premium accounts.

·         Support the implementation of optimized finance procedures and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.

·         Utilize and maintain software systems (SAP B1), assisting in the identification of areas where automation can improve daily workflows.

·         Assist in month-end closing and year-end closing.

·         Ensure the accuracy of financial records and other relevant documentation.

·         Collaborate with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary as necessary.

·         Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

What you need:

·         Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or similar discipline.

·         Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in full sets of accounts.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills

·         Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills

·         Able to work independently and also a good team player

·         Able to multi-task

·         Able to manage high transaction volume and in a fast-paced environment

·         Able to use SAP B1 is a plus.

The Finance Executive/Assistant provides administrative support to the Finance Department. This includes processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

·         Assist in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including payments processing, issuance of quarterly management invoices and intercompany invoices, investment related fund transfers and cashflow management for every funds

·         Ensure all the billing, receipts and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims are processed in an accurate and timely manner

·         Handle vendors/customer enquiries

·         Maintain proper filing and records for all invoices and receipts in the share folders

·         Liaise with various service providers for month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing

·         Assist and review quarterly GST claim and SOC filing

·         Assist with bank queries and update bank forms for utilisation requests/maintenance purposes

·         Assist with MAS surveys

·         Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively.

·         Updating and maintaining procedural documentation (i.e. update CorpPass users)

·         Any other general administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management
