About the role

We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst (Strategic Finance) to scale our finance and strategy function. Reporting to the Strategic Finance Manager, this is a high visibility role where you will be primarily working with department heads to drive business performance and support key strategic decisions. You will also play a critical role in translation data into insights, supporting the business planning processes, and facilitating decision making across the Company. 

You should have / be

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into key insights

Main responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support teams in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Support long term strategic and financial planning
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers and next steps
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking at the global level
• Drive ad-hoc commercial and ROI analysis

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of work experience preferably in FP&A or corporate finance
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail company is a plus
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis 
• Proven ability to make decisions independently

• Assist in daily financial transactions and ensure timely processing of payments and collections.

• Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy through regular validation checks
• Support month-end closing processes and financial reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules to support internal and external audits

Position Overview

The Accounting Finance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This individual will lead a team focused on ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective financial management strategies. Your expertise will directly contribute to the overall financial performance and strategic.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections

• Manage the invoice and premium note lifecycle, including issuance, validation, and distribution accurately and on time.

• Prepare vouchers for every incoming transaction and maintain the premium note tracker with high accuracy.

• Update and maintain insurance policy details and manage the AR netting process, particularly for premium notes at Cermati Pialang Asuransi.

• Maintain a well-organized, secure, and structured financial documentation and filing system.

• Ensure timely completion of weekly and monthly closing reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for internal and management needs.
• Perform transactional data analysis to generate insights that support business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding operations and business activities for investment products.
• Ensure the operations of investment products (mutual funds and emas digital) run smoothly by performing daily checks on transactions and registrations, as well as ensuring processes comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
