A)  Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in owning and delivering accurate, compliant, and timely execution of assigned finance operations modules. The role will also involve partnering with stakeholders to ensure strong financial control, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1.     End-to-End Ownership
Take full accountability for assigned finance modules and cost centres, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactions and reporting outputs.

Role Overview

The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial health, operational processes, compliance administration, and business support activities. Key Responsibilities

Finance Management

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or business management.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or financial advisory environments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational functions.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation of full sets of accounts, monthly reports, annual budgets, and tax filings. Job Responsibilities

Pre-Requisites

i)      Diploma in Accountancy or higher.

ii)     Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role and preferably with supervisory experience.

iv)    Sound knowledge of internal controls, of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules.

This is a broad and independent role suitable for a seasoned accountant with strong experience in construction/project-based accounting and operational finance. The successful candidate will manage full-set accounts while driving financial oversight of project performance, cost control, and operational processes across multiple entities and overseas projects.

Key Responsibilities

Finance, Accounting & Project Reporting

• Handle full-set accounts for multiple holding companies in Singapore
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and group consolidation
