Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation to oversee and manage the financial consolidation process for our investment holding company listed in SGX Catalist board. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS(I)), SGX regulations, and other statutory requirements.
