Job Description

• Responsible for managing month-end closing activities including property tax, depreciation, and investment-related entries while ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance to relevant accounting standards.
• Handles asset matters including minor assets tracking, stocktake, disposal schedules and capital expenditure reporting.
• Prepares and submits regular financial reports including GST returns, variance analysis, and Department of Statistics reports.
• Support the review of policies, system changes and FRS applications.
• Involve in financial analysis and prepare management presentations.
• Liaise with external auditors on annual financial audits for the relevant scope.

Other Requirements

• Candidates to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Degree holder.
• Positive work attitude with good communication skills – written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Operations

• Assist in billing
• Receipting, and processing of refunds
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Perform reconciliations and follow up on outstanding matters, debts, in accordance with finance procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holders.
• Relevant working experience in customer service, financial services, or an operations role.
• Prior experience handling high-volume phone or email enquiries is an advantage.
• Prior experience with accounts receivable, billing, or debtor management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer enquiry ticketing systems is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and use of banking products and services
• Evaluate the financial health of tenderer
• Analyse financial data to support reporting needs, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools to provide meaningful insights.
• Understand requirements and automate finance processes using digital tools to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree qualification – background in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualification with working experience in Finance
• Proficient in the use of open-source analytic tools (e.g. Python), visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
