Responsibilities:
- Compile investment reports and presentations on existing and prospective investments, tracking valuation and investment performance.
- Coordinate with private and retail bankers for smooth investment execution and trade processing (primarily across Singapore and US markets).
- Prepare quarterly & yearly Management Accounts and Financial Statements to comply with local statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external tax service providers for Singapore and US tax compliance.
- Provide administrative and financial support regarding the family office's real estate portfolio in Singapore and Indonesia.
- Maintain and update both business and personal calendars.
- Prioritise and coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and travel schedules across different time zones.
- Accompany the Director on business and/or personal travel as required.
- Handle comprehensive itinerary planning, accommodation, flight bookings, visa applications, and on-ground logistics.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, personal contacts, and business partners.
- Handle highly sensitive, private, or personal data with absolute discretion.
- Assist in monitoring ongoing business and personal projects, ensuring timelines are met.
- Support with personal errands, household arrangements, special occasions, and ad-hoc requests to enable the Director to focus on strategic priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Finance, Banking, Investment, Corporate, or Audit sectors.
- Experience or familiarity dealing with US market stock trading and equity options trading is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical/financial reporting skills combined with top-tier organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office(especially Excel and Word), Google Suite, and modern digital scheduling tools.
- A strong understanding of or interest in financial markets, paired with a practical, hands-on attitude toward handling personal/lifestyle assistant tasks.
- Willingness and adaptability to travel(sometimes on short notice) and manage ad-hoc tasks.
