Prepare and present effective and accurate business analysis
Manage cash flows, bank relationships and all tax related issues
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and perform the daily activities of the corporate accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
Maintain the accounts in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and Singapore accounting standards and guidance.
Work together with various departments to develop short-term and long range planning through periodically forecasting and annual budgeting.
Monitor and control the costs and expenditure against the budgetary limits.
Prepares monthly financial and regulatory reports, GST and taxation matters.
Prepare and submit group consolidated financial results to associated companies (Singapore and Malaysia).
Manage and oversee the group of accounts, group consolidation of accounts (Singapore and Malaysia).
Effectively manage expenses, working capital and cash flow; ensure that the Profit & Loss is accurate and statements are delivered to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
Provide support and review of monthly report for subsidiary office in overseas, office administration and finance structure for consolidation of accounts.
