The Role

In this role, you will design and build the backend systems and infrastructure that power Arta's mission-critical financial services. You'll own services end-to-end, from API design to data models to production reliability, while working extensively with AI coding agents and LLM-based tooling to ship faster and operate at higher leverage than a traditional backend team.

You'll collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and ML engineers to deliver resilient backend services that handle real money, real data, and real users.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power Arta's investment and wealth management platform

• Make architectural decisions on system design, data modeling, service boundaries, and infrastructure

• Write clean, well-tested, observable code, and use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as a core part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality

Who You Are

• At least 6 years of backend software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python (or similar)

• Deep understanding of distributed systems, RESTful and/or gRPC APIs, microservices, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experience designing for reliability, performance, and security in production environments

• Fluency with AI coding tools and a track record of using them to materially raise your output and code quality

• Feature Development: As the automated testing pipeline stabilizes, transition into writing production code. Pick up development tickets alongside the Full-Stack and GenAI engineers (e.g., bug fixes, building internal dashboards, API enhancements).
• Data & Analytics Support: Leverage your database and data-validation skills to assist in laying out the groundwork for the upcoming internal Data Platform.

• Communicate and work together with the coordination and construction team and be aware of the Construction Work Flow; the type of construction activities and planned schedule; identify parties/public that would be affected by the Works.
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Establish contacts with properties owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity of the project.
• Be Familiar with all affected parties and people who have some interest with the Project.
• Reach out to constituents and MCCs of the vicinity and have regulars dialogues with them for feedbacks, complaints and on any possible position mitigation measures.
• Acting as the first contact point of communication with third parties and the public for any complaints and feedbacks.
• Draft and formulate survey forms and conduct and gather survey feedback on the Project Construction Works
• Draft and develop posters for circulation to be disseminated to affected parties at respective premises
• Establishing a good reputation of the project.
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required.

Requirements

• GCE "A" / "O" level with minimum 2 years of public relations experience
• With experience in LTA projects will be advance
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva software.
• A pleasant personality & good interpersonal skills
• Good communication
• Temporary of night shift work required

1. Participate in the optimization of ByteDance LIVE business and serve the LIVE experience of billions of global users.

3. Deeply participate in product/business discussions, analyze and understand user behaviour patterns, and provide optimization directions for improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiar with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including but not limited to DNN, NLP, CV, etc.
• Familiar with at least one of Flink, Spark, Hive etc., with big data parallel processing experience
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and solid maths foundation, including probability statistics, numerical optimization, etc.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in large-scale recommend/advertising systems, risk control systems or LLM is preferred
