• Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Source Request for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate with both existing and new vendors to get the best value.
• Global Logistics: Arrange carriers and transporters for overseas spare part deliveries, tracking them from the supplier’s door to our receiving bay.

Compliance & Sustainability Support

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as an engineering/spare parts administrator or supply chain admin within the manufacturing industry. (FMCG/Consumer Goods manufacturing experience will give you a major advantage!)
• Education: At least a Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or any other related studies. 我們正在尋找一位組織能力強、技術精湛的工程倉庫管理員，負責管理我們工程營運的核心環節。您將負責維護我們的工程倉庫，確保關鍵備件的順利接收、發放和補貨，以支援我們的生產和專案工程部門。

您的工作內容（角色與職責）：

庫存管理和 SAP 管理

• 系統準確性：透過 SAP 電腦系統更新和維護機械倉庫庫存，包括準確輸入收貨 (GR) 和交易過帳。
• 庫存控制：定期進行庫存控制和實體盤點/檢查，以確保系統一致性。
• 生命週期管理：主動辨識週轉緩慢、保存期限已過和過時的零件，以啟動報廢流程。

日常門市營運及物料搬運

• 收發：管理生產和專案部門使用者要求的零件的實際收發，包括處理必要的請購單。
• 組織與管理：將零件準確地存放在各自的貨架位置，並保持店內嚴格的清潔、功能和安全標準。
• 重型搬運：提供實際操作協助，卸載新設備和重型工程零件。

技術鑑定與品質管制

• 零件驗證：在零件交付時，請識別並確認其正確性。學習並熟悉各個領域（機械、電氣、電子和儀器儀表）的新零件。
• 問題解決：必要時，識別並向使用者提供等效的替代部件。
• 退貨管理：處理退回給供應商的物料，包括發放正確的表格和協調不合格零件的實體退貨。

跨職能協調與溝通

• 採購聯絡員：與採購員密切合作，告知他們已交付的零件，跟進未交付的零件，並澄清零件是否符合規格。
• 利害關係人參與：作為內部團隊（門市主管、維修主管、工程人員、生產人員和工廠服務經理）和外部合作夥伴（工程零件供應商和承包商）的中心聯絡點。
• 行政支援：向相關人員提交必要的文件，並根據需要執行臨時任務，以支援工程部門的工作。

我們正在尋找的人才（要求）：

• 教育背景：最低學歷要求為SPM/SPVM/SC/MCE。持有倉儲管理證照者優先考慮。
• 經驗：至少2年工程倉庫管理相關經驗。
• 技術知識：必須具備紮實的工程部件（機械、電氣和儀表）技術知識，以便準確識別和管理備件。
• 系統：需熟悉 SAP 或類似的電腦化庫存管理系統。

Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in construction cost management? We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior / Graduate Quantity Surveyor Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with senior mentors who will guide you through the ropes of cost estimation, contract administration, and project tracking. If you are eager to learn, sharp with numbers, and ready to build a strong foundation in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Assist senior QS team members in preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, and bills of quantities (BQ).

* Learn to evaluate progress claims, verify variation orders (VOs), and assist in final account preparation.

* Help compile contract documents and tender submissions.

* Coordinate and communicate with site teams and subcontractors regarding project documentation.

* Maintain accurate project files and digital databases.

Requirements & Criteria=

* Education: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

* Experience: No prior experience required (candidates who have completed relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply).

* Skills: Good foundational knowledge of measurements and basic contract forms. Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to QS software (like Glodon/Cubicost) during studies is a plus.

* Attributes: High attention to detail, strong willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
