Project Management

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery: scoping, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external vendors

• Liaise with equipment suppliers for technical support, spare parts management, and warranty resolution
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards across all technical activities
• Act as a shared global technical resource: provide remote or on-site engineering support to other factories within the group as required

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation initiatives to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance process reliability
• Implement and optimise machine automation including sensors, controls, and PLC logic adjustments at a troubleshooting level
• Evaluate opportunities for automation in material handling, inline inspection, and end-of-line operations
• Work with automation partners and vendors on integration, testing, and commissioning of new systems
• Support development of digital monitoring tools such as OEE dashboards and machine data collection platforms
• Provide structured training to operators and technicians on new equipment and automation systems

Equipment Scope — Required Hands-On Exposure

• Jar filling, capping, and induction sealing lines
• Vertical / horizontal form-fill-seal (VFFS / HFFS) machines for sticks and sachets
• Premade pouch (doypack) filling and sealing systems
• In-line inspection systems: checkweigher, metal detector, X-ray
• Coding, labelling, and end-of-line automation systems

• Participate in NPI quality assurance activities (APQP) for PCBA, assembly, and testing.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation (procedures, instructions, standards, validation protocols).
• Conduct internal, process audits and support external audits.
• Manage customer/supplier complaints using 8D methodology.
• Monitor and analyze QMS metrics for continuous improvement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Quality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QMS, preferably in PCBA.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA/assembly processes (SMT, soldering, assembly).
• Experience or knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, assembly, and testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ESD, AQL, GD&T, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 (APQP, PPAP, NCR, CAPA).
• Experience in audits, complaint handling, and data analysis.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency (4 skills) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, proactive and accountable.

Kỹ Sư sửa chữa Thiết bị điện/ Bo mạch (Engineer)

Mô tả công việc

- Phân tích, xác định nguyên nhân lỗi (root cause) và sửa chữa các thiết bị điện tử/PCBA không phù hợp.

- Thực hiện kiểm tra, đo đạc và xác nhận lại chức năng sản phẩm sau sửa chữa.

- Phân tích lỗi nâng cao (failure analysis), đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến nhằm giảm lỗi lặp lại.

- Phối hợp với các bộ phận (Production, QA, PE) để xử lý lỗi và cải tiến chất lượng.

- Theo dõi, phân tích dữ liệu sửa chữa (yield, failure trend) và lập báo cáo kỹ thuật.

- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo Repair Technician về quy trình sửa chữa và troubleshooting.

- Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình repair nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và giảm thời gian turnaround.

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Điện tử, Viễn thông hoặc liên quan.

- Có từ 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm sửa chữa điện tử/PCBA trong môi trường sản xuất.

- Hiểu rõ linh kiện điện tử, sơ đồ mạch và nguyên lý hoạt động.

- Có kỹ năng phân tích lỗi (troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause).

- Sử dụng thành thạo thiết bị đo và thiết bị hàn.

- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Việt; có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh (4 kỹ năng) là một lợi thế.

- Sử dụng tốt MS Office; ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với ERP/MES.

- Có khả năng làm việc cross-function, tư duy cải tiến và chủ động trong công việc.

Ưu tiên

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường SMT/PCBA.
