Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and to ensure organization is in compliance to internal processes and airworthiness regulatory requirements.
• Improve / enhance internal processes through scheduled / unscheduled /surveillance audits.
• Maintain and keep up-to-date Quality manuals and training records.
• Assist and perform external supplier audits.
• Assist in external airworthiness authority and customer audits.
• Follow-up with process owners to ensure prompt and appropriate corrective actions are duly completed.
• Monitoring open audit findings, including monitoring the execution and the intended effectiveness of the actions and the monitoring of corrective action plans.
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
• Conduct internal briefing / training for certifying staff and technicians as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the approved suppliers list.
• Processing and monitoring of company authorization renewal and applications.
• The maintenance of quality documents and systems such as QA Manuals and database management of the quality management system.
• Drive and promote Quality and Safety Culture and participate in QEHS and other shop initiatives as necessary.
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
• To carry-out other QA functions as required.

Part B. Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering from an accredited polytechnic (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3years’ experience in aerospace quality (management) systems or a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge of aviation regulation such as Part 145 EASA, FAA, CASA, SMS and AS9100.
• Knowledge of and experience with aircraft / component (parts) maintenance.
• Internal auditor trained with auditing experience is preferred. 
• Proficiency with PC tools and software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Being able to work independently and good analytical skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To create CNC Program and cutting tool selections to achieve ultimate cycle time and process capabilities

• Develop process sheet and process inspection checklist

• Control of CNC Program and tool-list. Includes machine set-up and cycle time

• Maintain Engineering document per AS9100 quality requirements

• Manage New Product Introduction and First Article machining

• Process trouble shooting and CA which related to technical issues. Furnish with documented CNC Program, tool-list control

• Training of new machinist

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Min Higher Nitec or equivalent, preferably in Precision Metal Machining

• Able to work independently and fast-paced environment

• Preferably 3 to 5 years' experience on CNC Programming and machining

• Good knowledge in Fanuc and Mazaktol programming

We are seeking an experienced welder with strong TIG welding skills to support MRO operations. Reporting to the Operations Engineer, this role focuses on repairing aircraft components, ground support equipment and structural assemblies with precision and strict compliance to aviation safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding, inspections and execute maintenance task in accordance with approved maintenance data, tool list and or work instruction.

• Establish and revise work instruction and tool list for new parts or process changes.

• Follow operational procedures and quality standard to ensure compliance and safety.

• Record the welding and maintenance result clearly and legibly in document or report which issued in the work-pack.

• Perform a risk assessment of the activities and take corrective and preventive actions.

• Report any incidents, hazardous conditions and emergencies promptly to the supervisor.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machine, fixtures and tooling while maintaining workshop housekeeping.

• Participate in audits and inspections as required.

• Support Operations Engineer with additional task as necessary.

Required Qualification and Competencies

• Min GCE O level/SPM/NITEC

• AWS 17.1 Welding certification preferred 

• TIG Welding experience within MRO environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

The QC Inspector performs dimensional and visual inspections across all quality checkpoints including receiving, first piece, in-process and final inspections. The role ensures that products conform to engineering drawings, process sheets and customer requirements. Senior QC Inspectors are additionally responsible for guiding junior inspectors, interpreting GD&T independently, operating CMM systems and supporting documentation or measurement equipment management. Both roles are essential to maintaining production quality and traceability in accordance with AS9100 and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection Operations

• Perform Receiving, First-Piece, In-process and Final Inspections as required.

2. Verification of Incoming Material & Subcontracted Goods

• Perform required dimensional & visual inspectiosn, verification of vendors reports (includes mill and surface treatment certificate) and quantity checks.

3. First Piece/ In-process Inspections

• Perform First Piece and In-process inspections and records the inspection result.

4. Final / Outgoing Inspections

• Conduct dimensional and visual checks as per checklist, sampling plans and customer requirements.

5. Control of Non-Conforming Products

• Identify, segregate the NC products with NC reports and escalating to Quality Technician and Engineer for disposition and actions.

6. Equipment & Tool Handling

• Verify calibration status before use of measuring tools and proper handling of measuring equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in product inspection or quality control.
• Able to handle caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauges and Profile Projectors.
• Basic knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards preferred CMM or vision system usage experience required.
• Able to read and write in English.

Required Competencies:

• Proficient in hand measurement tools and visual inspection methods.
• Able to follow inspection plans and SOPs with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of product traceability and documentation.
• Willingness to learn advanced tools and system.
• Strong GD&T interpretation and drawing analysis skills.
• Knowledge and Hand-on skilled in CMM operation (preferably with programming exposure).

The Assistant Engineer (Quality), leads daily quality control operations, ensuring precision, compliance and efficiency across production processes. Responsibilities include developing and refining inspection methods, programming and optimizing CMM and vision systems, defining acceptance criteria and verifying First Articles and production parts. The role also supports measurement traceability, automation workflows and documentation to maintain full AS9100 compliance, while preparing customer quality reports and assisting in both internal and external audits. In addition to these leadership and technical duties, the role involves hands-on operation and calibration of measuring equipment during daily quality activities to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Nitec in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering or equivalent
• Candidate without formal academic qualifications, may be considered if they have relevant or past similar work experience
• 3 years of experience in inspection or quality control in precision machining environment
• Experience with inspection automation systems and measurement programming tools
• Capable of independent judgment in final inspection and verification tasks
