主要職責

• 協助專案經理確保所有專案工作以最具成本效益和最高效的方式執行。
• 與客戶聯絡並管理分包商和技術人員團隊，以確保專案成功執行和完成。
• 審核項目規範、技術說明和施工圖。
• 制定全面的現場工作計劃，並監督進度安排、材料申請、成本控制、專案監督和文件編制。
• 監督工作品質保證，並確保符合安全和環境法規。
• 參加計畫簡報會和現場會議。
• 對需要立即採取行動的緊急情況做出迅速反應，包括緊急任務。
• 準備詳細的每周和每月專案進度報告。

CSPM Sdn Bhd, an organization with over 40 years of experience in Mission Critical Power Systems and Data Centre Facilities, is seeking talented and experienced professionals for our Kota Damansara offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. Candidates with lower qualifications but possessing a minimum of 3 years of direct project field experience will be considered.
• Strong report writing and computer literacy skills (essential).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (advantageous).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site throughout project duration.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to ensure all project work is executed in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Liaise with clients and manage teams of Sub-Contractors and Technicians to ensure successful project execution and completion.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Develop comprehensive site work plans and oversee scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
• Supervise work quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Attend project briefings and participate in site meetings.
• Respond promptly to urgent circumstances requiring immediate action, including emergency assignments.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly project progress reports.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

·       Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams

·       Progress update against baseline throughout the construction process

·       Involve in coordination between sub-contractors/vendors/departments and anticipate labour/material/equipment demands to meet schedules

·       Producing monthly progress reports and support in progress claims

Value Add of Position

·       Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department

· Education:  Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University

· Experience: Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in construction planning and coordination for building projects 

Technical competencies

·       Technical expertise and knowledge in Structural and Civil works

·       Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
