Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Engineering/Quoting team; coach supervisors/leads/technicians and run performance reviews
• Own end-to-end RFQ workflow: technical review, BOM loading/review, and ensuring requirements are captured via checklists
• Standardise quoting/costing methodology (labour, materials, NRE, tooling), set list price + lead-time standards
• Deliver accurate, timely cost estimates to support profitability, competitiveness, and win-rate
• Build, track and report weekly KPIs (output, accuracy, turn-time, win-rate) and drive department improvements
• Maintain technical documentation (drawings/models/NPI/SOP/OMS) and manage ECO/EOL tracking
• Ensure compliance to ISO/industry standards and continuously improve processes via documented procedures
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAR/OFI) and uphold data integrity in ERP/MRP
• Manage supplier costing/pricing negotiations to secure best value materials
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders (PM, production, QA, supply chain, management) on RFQ/engineering status

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with hand-on experience with data and Microsoft Excel reporting
• Past ERP/MRP experience
• Operate as a collaborative team member and function with minimal supervision.
• Ability to interpret a variety of customer created technical drawings, BOM’s and procedures.

Role Mission: The Manager, Platform Engineering leads a mission‑critical team responsible for platform engineering, life cycle management, reliability, and Tier 3 operations excellence across StarHub’s enterprise service platforms. 

This role provides both technical leadership and operational oversight, ensuring that life cycle engineers and Tier 3 engineers collaborate effectively to deliver secure, stable, scalable, and high‑performing services to enterprise and government clients. 

Accountabilities:  

• Own the end‑to‑end architectural standards, design principles, and technology roadmap for all supported platforms. 
• Ensure proactive lifecycle planning, structured upgrades, observability, performance management, and long‑term platform resilience.
• Oversee Tier 3 operations to ensure incidents are resolved quickly, problems are eliminated at the root, and changes are implemented reliably and securely. 
• Plan upgrades, patches, improvements, and technology refreshes to keep platforms healthy and up‑to‑date. 
• Ensure new platforms, features, or major changes are tested, well‑documented, monitored, and fully supportable before moving from pre-prod to live. 
• Serve as the technical escalation point for cross‑team collaboration and vendor engagement, ensuring high engineering and service quality.

• 8-10 years in Systems Engineering, Architecture, or Operations roles in telecommunications or service provider environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary technical teams. 
• Strong hands-on technical foundation in Linux, Redhat, VoIP/SIP, TCP/IP, and in Web, SCB, and network security. 
• Troubleshooting experience in VoIP call routing, call quality, and signalling issues, supported using diagnostic tools (e.g. SIPp, Wireshark).

Description

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join our SAP Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams in multiple locations and time zones. The role requires delivery of complex enterprise solutions in a highly customized landscape and holds responsibility for all aspects of the project including:

• Define system architecture, collaborate with stakeholders from Business and Application teams (internal and external) across all project phases – including cutover, go-live support, and closure/ handover to the SAP production team
• Review business requirements and perform functional gap analysis to clearly define project scope, deliverables, resources, timeline, dependencies and risk mitigation plan
• Collaborate in the technical design and implementation of integrated solutions across internal systems and external partner networks—including acquirers, banking and financial institutions, invoicing partners, government compliance and regulatory agencies—leveraging multiple frameworks, platforms, and protocols such as SAP BTP, EDI, XML, APIs, Portals, and WebMethods

• At least 5 years of proven experience in system design, configurations and customizations within S/4 HANA SAP Finance, including full life cycle implementations

• Strong business acumen and proven expertise in some or all core S4 finance modules like GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, etc
• Conversant in building integrated solutions using EAI technologies, EDI, APIs, Web Services etc involving non-SAP apps and technologies
• Exposure working as System Architect/ Lead role on medium to large-sized SAP projects involving multiple systems integration and automation
