Who you will work with

Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Payment Systems to lead the overall architecture design and technical planning of the company’s payment platform systems supporting overseas business operations and future regional expansion.

This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure and high-availability systems across transaction processing, routing, settlement, reconciliation, ledger management, risk control integration and external partner connectivity. We are seeking an experienced R&D RF Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of RF receivers and transmitters for military-grade systems. This role involves providing technical leadership in the development of high-performance RF architectures that meet applicable military standards, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver robust solutions from concept through deployment.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead the end-to-end design of RF receivers and transmitters, including architecture definition, component integration, signal processing, and performance optimization for military communication systems

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RF engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure delivery in line with project schedules and budgets

• Perform RF simulation, modeling, and validation using tools such as ADS, HFSS, and MATLAB; oversee prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement in laboratory and field environments

• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and compliance reports to support internal reviews and military audits

• Identify and manage technical risks to ensure design robustness under harsh environmental conditions, including temperature extremes, vibration, and radiation

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong expertise in RF circuit design, including mixers, oscillators, filters, amplifiers, and antennas

• Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso, and scripting or programming in Python or C++ for design automation
