Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Experience in high-rise building construction is preferred.
• Experience supervising site workers, including foreign workers.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and ensure project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities and workforce for TNB projects, including electrical cabling works, maintenance, and breakdown services.
• Ensure site progress is carried out according to project planning and schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports using the ERP system.
• Arrange and coordinate site teams before deployment to work sites.
• Communicate and coordinate work arrangements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and external contractors, ensuring effective execution of engineering tasks.
• Plan shift schedules, conduct briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and routine inspections of M&E systems and common areas.
• Assign, track and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion of defects and service requests.
• Respond promptly to M&E emergencies, troubleshoot issues and escalate incidents to management when required.
• Ensure compliance to building codes, fire safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability and support implementation of energy-saving initiatives and best practices.
• Manage and maintain inventory of engineering equipment, tools and spare parts.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing and able to work shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and mechanics in carrying out marine repair, maintenance and installation works.
• Plan, organize and coordinate daily work activities to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and within schedule.
• Attend vessels, shipyards and anchorage locations to conduct inspections, troubleshooting and job execution.
• Coordinate with vessel engineers, shipyard personnel, owners' representatives and project managers.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety requirements, work permits and shipyard regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safe work practices.
• Prepare daily progress reports, service reports and job completion reports.
• Monitor work quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist management in planning manpower and project schedules.
