BIM Manager

Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
Office at City Hall
Salary: $6700 to $7600

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma in Architecture
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.
• To attend BIM meeting with Clients / Consultants.
• To check clash report and presentation.
• To co-ordinates-built BIM for project completion to clients.
• Co-ordinates with other discipline Architectural / Structural / M&E to develop BIM drawing.
• Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation and coordination (Tender requirements) so that office and site can access same data.
• Mandate all (Main-con and Sub-con) to extract shop drawing from BIM Model. To ensure 2D Drawings and 3D Drawings are align.
• To prepare template for Asset Information Model (Facility Maintenance Stage) for future BIM projects tender requirements.
• Support tender in BIM scope of works when needed.
• To attend technical meetings when required.

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ACMV Engineer cum Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing ACMV projects from planning through to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 4 -5 years of relevant hands-on experience in ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of chiller and AHU design.

• Proven leadership capabilities with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with ACMV systems, BCA Green Mark certification processes, and relevant regulations.

• Proficient in 3D &Electrical/Solidworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support, including drawings, calculations, and system design/customization for ACMV works.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, execution, control, and project completion.

• Lead and supervise cross functional project teams and contractors to ensure timely progress according to project schedules.

• Oversee site activities, installation works, and ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate manpower planning to meet project demands.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout project stages.

• Ensure all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements are strictly adhered to
