Join Medical Technology Office (MTO) and play a pivotal role in advancing medical device innovation across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments for medical device and Software as Medical Device innovation projects to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety
• Develop and maintain risk management reports aligned with ISO 14971 standards to support project decision-making
• Conduct clinical need validation and de-risking activities to align technology solutions with healthcare requirements
• Implement and manage quality management systems compliant with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 for investigational device studies and commercialization projects
• Provide regulatory and quality management guidance to multidisciplinary project teams to facilitate successful project milestones and grant applications
• Maintain detailed audit documentation and Design History Files to support regulatory inspections and internal reviews
• Coordinate project activities including procurement assistance, meeting documentation, and communication management to ensure smooth project execution
• Support educational initiatives such as seminars, outreach events, and project attachments to foster clinician innovation and knowledge sharing
• Apply strong technical writing skills to produce clear, accurate, and compliant documentation for regulatory and project purposes
• Collaborate effectively with clinicians, technology partners, and stakeholders to drive medical technology development and adoption

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in project coordination within medical device development environments
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes relevant to medical device software
• ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 audit experience
• Passion for medical technology innovation with meticulous attention to detail

Job Summary

Perform assembly builds and tests according to specifications while collaborating with engineers on experiments. Report manufacturing issues and support troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly builds and conduct tests as scheduled following specifications, schematic drawings, and work instructions
• Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments and support product development
• Identify and report manufacturing problems to assist Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Maintain cleanliness by performing housekeeping tasks and adhering to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocols
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with team members to achieve production goals
• Apply a quality and productivity mindset to ensure high standards in manufacturing processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Engineering with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret schematic and mechanical drawings
• Capability to independently carry out assembly of fewer than 2 processes on a single platform
• Experience in Gas Box and Panels assembly for the semiconductor industry and related applications
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment under a rotating 12-hour shift system (8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am) with shift rotation once a quarter or once every two quarters
• Familiarity with 3-4 / 4-3 shift patterns
• Comfortable wearing full jumpsuit with mask as working attire

WORK SCHEDULE & ALLOWANCE PAYABLE

• Day shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm): S$15.00 per shift
• Night shift (8:00 pm to 8:00 am): S$30.00 per shift
• Transportation provided at designated pickup points
