JOB DESCRIPTION

we are looking for an experienced individual with a background in SWIFT-related business domains (standards, payments and securities) and a strong technical knowledge in trading system to join our Reserves and Securities Management Team.  You will be responsible to provide in-depth expertise in SWIFT-related business/technical flows and provide oversight of SWIFT technical design and oversee the review of the SWIFT infrastructure architecture blue-prints with collaboration from MAS internal cross-functional IT and operations teams to ensure the architectural designs meet all there Requirements.

You will be the Point-of-Contact (POC) for the third party’s SWIFT technical team to review and provide guidance on the SWIFT infrastructure implementation planning and co-ordinate with MAS internal teams to ensure resource availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services, in particular in a technical business lead role
• Extensive experience with banking operations, back-office business operations or back-office system integration knowledge
• Strong technical background, with good understanding of SWIFT’s products, services and applications, including SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Access, SWIFTNet, FIN messaging and ISO 20022 formats
• Strong knowledge of payments and securities messaging and their flows is a must
• Good understanding of SWIFT’s Customer Security Program (CSP) and the proposed controls by SWIFT 
• Identify and pull together the business process owners and the third-party SWIFT team to oversee the modelling of business process
• Review the process using BPM, and coordinating with the third-party SWIFT team to ensure the processes are automated processes, and adopted by business process owners
• Act as the primary contact with MAS functional team and translate the requirements to the third-party analyst and developers when necessary to automate processes
• Review and develop test cases to ensure the test coverage is comprehensive

Description

IAM Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of IAM systems, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management of user and machine identities.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and LDAP directory services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date identity records across the environment.
• Operate and support One Identity solutions, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Process access requests in a timely manner, ensuring requests are fulfilled in accordance with established policies and approval workflows.
• Monitor IAM systems for anomalies, policy violations, and potential security threats, escalating and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IAM configurations, procedures, access records, and operational runbooks.

Access Governance and Compliance

• Support periodic access reviews and IAM audits, identifying and remediating access risks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in tracking IAM-related risks and remediation action plans, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Generate reports on access activity, identity lifecycle status, and compliance posture for management and audit purposes.

Stakeholder Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for IAM-related issues and queries from users and IT teams, providing clear and timely resolution.
• Work closely with the broader IT and security teams to ensure identity and access controls remain aligned with business needs.
• Maintain service quality and operational consistency as the team transitions project-focused members to new IAM initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Integration & ETL Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data integration solutions for banking and financial services clients.

The successful candidate will lead technical delivery teams, provide architectural guidance, and ensure the successful implementation of ETL and data warehousing solutions using modern data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ETL/Data Integration solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data migration and integration projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Talend and other data integration tools.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience with Talend ETL.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or related Big Data technologies.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.

• 10+ years of Software Engineer experience

• Proven expertise managing OpenShift (OCP) environments in enterprise scale production deployments.

• Hands on experience with infrastructure setup and sizing, performance tuning, and capacity assessment for AI workloads.

• Experience supporting Oracle Database from an application infrastructure perspective.

• Practical knowledge of certificate management, secrets management, and key handling.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

• Strong background in security, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.

• Proven experience designing and implementing DR infrastructure for mission critical platforms.

• Experience working with AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud integrations.

• Strong coordination and leadership skills to work across Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams.

•Own capacity planning and sizing for OpenShift clusters, including OCP pods, Oracle databases, Redis caches, Dell ECS storage, Elastic DB, Postgres, Redhat, Ubuntu (optional) and related infrastructure components

•Design and operationalize Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure for Gen AI platforms, ensuring high availability and resilience

•Lead E2E DR setup, including replication, failover, testing, and documentation, in collaboration with infrastructure and network teams.

•Manage certificate lifecycle (TLS/SSL), key management, and secrets handling across Gen AI applications and platforms

•Implement and oversee vulnerability management, patching, and remediation across containers, Kubernetes, and underlying infrastructure

•Support and coordinate penetration testing activities, addressing infrastructure related findings and security gaps

•Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, Bedrock) and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) alongside on Prem OpenShift environments.

•Operate and support Control M schedulers, logging, monitoring, and alerting tools for platform observability

•Bonus: experience/knowledge of open weight LLM models for text and vision use cases.
