Machine Learning / GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

We are hiring ML/GenAI Engineers to design and deploy AI solutions for smart manufacturing. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, reducing downtime, and enabling Industry 4.0 capabilities using machine learning and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization 
• Develop GenAI applications (chatbots, automated reports, simulations) 
• Create data pipelines for IoT, sensor, and MES data 
• Integrate AI solutions with factory systems for real-time insights 
• Apply AI/vision techniques for quality control and defect detection 
• Monitor model performance and automate retraining (MLOps) 
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams; present insights via dashboards 

Required Skills

• Atleast 3 years of experience in Software and IT arena
• Strong programming in Python, R, or Java 
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn 
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Understanding of manufacturing/MES systems and industrial data 
• Experience with predictive analytics and real-time data processing 
• Solid data engineering skills (SQL/NoSQL, IoT datasets, cloud platforms) 
• Good problem-solving and communication skills 

Nice to Have

• Experience in Industry 4.0 / smart factories 
• Exposure to GenAI/LLMs or computer vision 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration solutions utilizing REST APIs within Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Design, implement, and test APIs and workflows to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
• Leverage AI tools and Microsoft AI services to enhance integration capabilities and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance and reliability.
• Document integration patterns, API contracts, and technical configurations.
• Stay updated with Microsoft integration and AI tools to suggest process improvements and innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven development experience working with REST APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft integration services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in languages like C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
