Responsibilities:

• Report to Team Lead/ Service Delivery Manager in fulfilling SLAs and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement
• Assist Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager to deliver contract obligation within budget
• To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions and carry out fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of equipment/ module/ component at sites and/or workshop

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT/Computer Engineering, System Engineering or equivalent
• Able to perform standby duties (based on roster)

• Day shift: 9.00am – 9.00pm
• Night shift: 9.00pm – 9.00am
• Work 3 days off 2 days

• Basic Salary $3000 - $4300 + Standby Allowance + Performance bonus + Other Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions/ procedures involving fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of equipment/ module/ component at sites and/or workshop
• Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and in fulfilling SLA and KPI in accordance with maintenance contractual agreement
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders/ Vendors
• Provide engineering services and support to facilitate equipment adequacy, obsolescence, configuration and design
• Provide or recommend technical solutions to mitigate RF communication systems/equipment failures

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics/ Computer/ System Engineering
• Able to perform standby duties (based on roster)
• Require to travel to site for work (Transport or reimbursement provided)
• Possess Class 3/3A Licence
