About the role:

• Reviewing project scope and budget
• Designing schedules and project execution plans
• Contributing to project cost, quality, scope, and schedule control to ensure on-time delivery within budget
• Leading document design reviews and customer meetings
• Programming PLC-based systems using customer-supplied design documents and proprietary libraries
• Developing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) plans and leading customer-witnessed FAT activities
• Performing commissioning activities and supporting end users with process troubleshooting
• Alerting Operations Manager and Project Manager of potential or current project issues
• Reviewing customer specifications to support preparation of accurate sales proposals when required
• Travelling within the Asia Pacific region to support project execution and site activities

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in PLC-based control system design in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, or Refining industries
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Project, Excel, Visio, and IEC 61131 PLC programming languages
• Experience in turbomachinery control applications, including gas turbines, steam turbines, motor drives (VFD, induction and synchronous), surge protection, generators, AVR, and vibration monitoring
• Bently Nevada configuration and Allen-Bradley PLC design/programming experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong initiative
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments

About the role:

• Provide technical assistance and commissioning support to clients during installation, commissioning, startup, and overhaul of mechanical equipment including centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, reciprocating compressors, and control systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of control system issues in field environments.
• Support installation, servicing, maintenance, and startup of OEM equipment and systems.
• Interpret and read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for field execution and troubleshooting.
• Write clear and concise daily field reports to document job progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure accurate completion of installation, commissioning, and startup documentation prior to demobilisation from site.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and timesheets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record and report field issues to enable factory investigation, corrective actions, and warranty claim resolution.
• Provide training and guidance to customer operators and maintenance personnel when required.
• Ensure compliance with company technical standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures at all times.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

About you:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of hands-on field service experience in Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical industries.
• Strong experience in turbomachinery equipment such as compressors, steam turbines, and related rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with control systems such as Triconex, Siemens, Allen-Bradley PLCs, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel extensively for overseas assignments.

Work Location: Pioneer (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)

Working days: 5.5 days

About the role:

• Lead the site supervision team on all the Civil and Structural and Building Construction works.
• Assist management on all Civil & Structural site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
• Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.
• Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

About you:

• Graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising civil and structural works in water/used water treatment / utilities plant construction.
• Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
• A person with good communication and leadership skills.
