We've established presence in Singapore, Thailand, and Bhutan, and built solid references by winning public sector contracts with organizations including Singapore's Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Brunei, and Indonesia.This team goes beyond reselling—we analyze markets firsthand, identify and manage local partners, and localize products to meet regional requirements. We navigate each country's procurement systems, budget structures, and education policies to execute phased strategies from proposal development through PoC, pilot operations, and final contracts.Building on our Singapore success, we're expanding globally around key themes: AI Talent Development, AX (AI Transformation) Adoption, and Sovereign AI. Our proven Singapore model isn't just a success story—it's evolving into a replicable business framework and operational playbook applicable to other countries and domestic markets.Joining this team means designing and validating global B2B SaaS business models through the lens of Tech Sales and Tech PM. You'll negotiate with stakeholders across countries, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and generate market insights that shape product roadmaps.
