Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
• Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Able to work and trouble shoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems.
• Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
• Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
• Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power.
• Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage (22Kva).
• Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed.
• Guide technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access control system, PA system, power and lighting.
• Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings.
• Material Management including consumables, parts and spare units.
• Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
• Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report.
• Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, project personnel and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in electrical work, preferably within large-scale industrial/engineering company.

Technical Hands-On Skills and Supervision

• Proficient in CAD software, CMMS software and other engineering design tools.
• Hands on troubleshooting sensors, actuator valve and transmitters.
• Strong knowledge of preparing detailed E&I design (e.g., circuit and schematic diagrams, control panel layouts, MCC layouts, cable routes etc.).
• Strong knowledge of providing PLC Ladder Diagram and troubleshooting.
• Have basic knowledge in pumps alignment and health monitoring inspection.
• Strong knowledge in Preventive Maintenance inspection and planning.
• Independent and have leadership skill managing contractor and technicians.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: $4,000 – $4,600
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

• To ensure all the maintenance work is carried out systematically, efficiently & safely.
• By improving existing preventive maintenance system thus reduce maintenance cost and improve performance of equipment.
• To create, update and maintain all SOPs and all ISO documents & MOM equipment registration.
• To be the initiator and coordinator of MOC for any addition, modification and replacement in the system.
• To assist the Department Manager and Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities.
• To troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment / Systems’ problems when it runs abnormally malfunction.
• To work closely with the operations team for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly.

• To be involved in new project management from time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.

• To monitor the implementation of all EHS matters within the section.

Responsibilities:

• To work at distillation process plant to make sure distil spent waste material into product.
• To ensure distillation process plant operates in safe operation parameters.
• To ensure the safety of the transferring of the flammable material.
• To ensure close co-ordination with the Laboratory for waste/product sampling.
• To ensure the following up of the SOP.
• To co-ordinate closely with the Laboratory & resale team for the re-sell items.
• To ensure there is sufficient storage capacity, and the product safely stored and treated.
• To ensure the performance and efficiency of distillation process plant in terms of the recovery yield and utilities consumption.
• Startup/shut down operation of distillation process plant according to SOP.
• Record process data and report any deviations.
• Identify and rectify process upset and equipment malfunction timely.
• Work with engineering to resolve equipment issues and implement preventive measures.
• conduct routine inspections for leaks, spills, and safety hazards. Ensure safe handling of materials that are flammable.
• To participate training program to enhance chemical and safety knowledge.
• To cover the 5S and safety job for the department.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, internet research).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Able to perform overtime/shift work.

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: $1,900 – $2,700
• Entitled Overtime / Shift Allowances
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Saturday (8am – 12pm) / Shift Work (Day: 8am – 8pm, Night: 8pm – 8am)

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical studies towards the implementation of processes in the plant evaluating plant capacity, process conditions, and other variables which can affect the process.
• Champion a culture of Process Safety excellence at the company based on the PSM 14 elements.
• Develops the Process Engineering Package (P&ID, PFD specification of process equipment, specification of electrical process equipment, material balances, energy balances, and DCS control logics) for the plant processes.
• Reviewing Risk Assessment Screenings and Involve in Management of change procedure and be a team player.
• Involve in design safety review procedure for all processes and be a team player.
• Manage and conduct the PHA - HAZOP program, as well as track, assist and follow up with the resulting recommendations.
• Assist with data collection for Quantitative Assessment (QRA) tools.
• Organizing and delivering effective and efficient Process Safety studies (PSI, MOC, Mechanical integrity, Operating procedures & etc. for all plant processes as needed for stewardship of processes.
• Develop Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) for plant processes and follow up with the design review.
• Perform risk analysis and coach others on the use of risk analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with the teams to discover and implement long-term process improvement efforts.
• Perform audit of process safety management systems and execute risk mitigation corrective actions.
• Assisting Incident Investigation teams in investigating and classifying process safety incidents, as well as providing support in the development of process tools and action plans to close identified Process Safety gaps.
• Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate PSM strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of engineering experience supporting Operations, Engineering and/or Projects, such as plant or process engineering, project safety design, execution, engineering and/or technical service roles

Core Process Safety & Engineering Knowledge

• Solid understanding of process safety elements, practical knowledge leading hazard assessments and exposure to industry API Codes and Standards
• Solid understanding of Piping and Instrumentation drawing (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagram (PFD) / Block flow diagram.
• Familiar with Management of Change (MOC), Risk Management, and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) risk assessments and PSM elements.
• Fluent in managing and evaluating the applicability of technical safety/risk studies in projects. Understanding of process hazards, failure mechanisms, and safeguards
• Team oriented and dynamic
• Ability to troubleshoot process problems, identify and implement corrective actions

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel and Power Point, AutoCAD (added advantage)
• Good communication & presentation skills are preferred
