• Plan, design, and oversee installation of M&E systems (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting, power, ELV) for construction projects

• Review and coordinate shop/as-built drawings with architectural and structural plans to resolve clashes

• Liaise with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with BCA regulations, Singapore Standards, and relevant codes

• Supervise on-site installation and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to specifications

• Track progress of M&E works, identify risks, and report delays or technical issues

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design and standards

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during construction and commissioning

• Support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement of M&E systems

• Ensure full compliance with WSH requirements throughout project execution

• Handle authority submissions and secure approvals from statutory boards (e.g., PUB, SP Group, NEA, SCDF)
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering

• Min 5 years experience in construction industry in Singapore

• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP and MS Project

• Possess Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC)

• Location: Various locations, Office at Toa Payoh

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $4000
