• The role requires a PEB (Registered in Singapore) with Masters/Degree, from Engineering Consultancy or Design/Architectural Practice with above 15 years of senior-level experience
• Building/Property/Commercial Projects – To provide technical leadership and governance, supporting work winning, design, and multi-disciplinary delivery. Data-centre experience is required
• Act as the key point of accountability, aligning client requirements with technical execution and team performance.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to support the consultancy’s growth in allocated market for Building/Property/Commercial
• Provide expertise advice on design quality in projects and develop knowledge sharing capability within the teams.Recommend the needs of software/equipment to meet engineering works.
• Act as a technical adviser for junior colleagues in the design and project management of projects.

• Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for a well-established M&E Contractor
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Mechanical works.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve Mechanical-related issues efficiently.
• Report on Mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor

• Support and oversee urgent construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work (Industrial/Institutional Project, Rotating Shift Pattern)
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handle of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time

• Attending and being proactive in design coordination meeting with consultants / client

• Lead and manage the tenders team in preparing and submitting tenders for Civil Infrastructure and LTA/Governmental projects.
• Oversee pricing, risk assessment, and tender strategies to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions.
