Job Summary

We seek innovative, problem-solving individuals passionate about cutting-edge technology to join our semiconductor equipment company. You will contribute to building, tuning, and testing high-precision machines before global shipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and pneumatic parts, modules, and machines to meet precise operational standards
• Perform mechanical assembly, inspection, and functional testing of conversion kits to ensure quality and reliability
• Set up, debug, and test automation machines to verify performance and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze mechanical designs and provide actionable feedback and recommendations to improve product functionality and manufacturability
• Create detailed design documentation for mechanical parts and modules to support manufacturing and maintenance processes

Suitable candidates will be considered for permanent positions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design & develop high precision & high-speed machines using CAD tools.
• Test and evaluate design.
• Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results.
• Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and preferably with design experience in similar equipment / machine / automation engineering environment.
• Good aptitude and strong interest in machine design.
• Robust understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics and materials science.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Applicants with demonstrated relevant experience will be consider for senior appointments.

You are responsible for the beginning (Preparation) & ending (Pre-Shipment) stages. You will get to learn more on Windows OS, IPC, motor controllers,drivers, barcode scanners, vision camera and more.

Responsibility and Duties

Preparation:

• Prepare the software driver& application versions required in a PC; which is the heart of the machine.

• Once a system is firstlypower up, configure its controllers & Drivers.

• Check through all theInputs/Outputs, correspond to sensors & actuators.

• Check through all the motoraxes, perform necessary tunning.

• Able to troubleshoot on thecomponent level.

Pre-Shipment:

• Backup machine data.

• Perform antivirus scanning.

• Update setup procedures& user manual, if changes were made.

Skill Requirement

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or its equivalent

• Programming experience indotnet C# is a plus.

• Good hands-on knowledge andinterest in self improving job knowledge.

• Collaborate with Mechanical & Electrical team members to integrate software components.

• Applying mathematics, statistics and Machine Learning to problem-solving initiatives.

• Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.

• Applying best practices and standard operating procedures.

• Maintaining comprehensive records of software design and development.

• Support oversea technical agents and end users in troubleshooting on site systems.

• Continuously updating skills and knowledge to adapt to evolving technologies.

Requirements

• Degree, Masters or PhD in Computer Engineering/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or its equivalent.

• Proficiency in C++ or C# programming on Windows environment.

• Knowledge in OOP design pattern, developing multi-threaded software.

• Programming experience in SECS/GEM communications or machine vision applications.

• Good understanding of Robotics modelling / Machine Vision / Machine Learning / Deep learning concepts is an advantage.
