As a Engineer (Mechanical Drafting), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee assigned engineering projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, industry standards, QA/QC procedures, specifications, and performance requirements.
• Liaise with clients to understand, clarify, and translate their project needs and technical requirements.
• Develop technical drawings and designs in accordance with project specifications and engineering calculations.
• Produce preliminary sketches and detailed drawings using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software.
• Perform engineering calculations, including assessments of material requirements and load constraints
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team in the preparation, review, and revision of technical drawings and documentation.
  

Requirement:

• Preferably 2 years of experience in oil & gas industry and fabrication environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system and mechanical drafting is preferred
• Software – AutoCAD, MS Office

As a Senior Facilities Engineer [LTA/ MRT Projects], you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) to support 24/7 operations.
• Lead and supervise facilities teams, technicians, and contractors in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance, inspections, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage A&A works, energy efficiency initiatives, and vendor performance to meet safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, incident investigations, SOPs, MOS, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and vendors for permits, statutory submissions, and inspections.
• Ensure WSH compliance and provide technical advice on system upgrades, asset lifecycle, and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Facilities Engineering with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E facilities management with hands-on exposure to A&A projects, energy management, and sustainability programs.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Plan and forecast weekly/monthly installation schedules
• Identify site issues and mitigate risks
• Coordinate with site PIC for work and manpower planning
• Arrange material/equipment delivery via MERF submission
• Attend regular project meetings (such as site progress and co-ordination) with interested parties including clients, architect, consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractors.
• Monitor, co-ordinate and direct the execution of work with site representatives and workers for smooth workflow.
• Submit method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawing
• Prepare progress reports and claims
• Ensure M&E design complies with client requirements and project specifications

• Assist in the settlement of project final account including variation orders.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Assist in planning and implementing projects by reviewing and updating project plans and schedules to align with the master work program.
• Draft, review, and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, and risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and company standards; enforce Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards, promptly address issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate site inspections with clients and consultants; maintain thorough records of inspections and technical reports.
• Identify project risks and support development of mitigation strategies; regularly update risk assessments to reflect current conditions.
• Establish and maintain a document control system to manage all project documents, ensuring proper review and updates.
• Participate in regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors; report project status, highlight issues, and suggest solutions to stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveying team to verify contractors’ progress payments and claims, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Take on additional duties as assigned, maintaining a proactive approach to support the Project Manager and project team.
• Conduct regular reviews of project documents, quality standards, and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and address emerging concerns.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by Professional Engineer Board.
• Prior working experience in AutoCAD, Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project is advantageous.
