- Assist in the development, implementation & monitoring of the annual Training Plan & training budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis & collaborate with Department Heads to identify & address training requirements.
- Coordinate, organize & deliver both internal & external training programs across the hotel.
- Monitor training effectiveness & proactively recommend continuous improvements
