Training & Licensing Support

This role is designed for individuals who aspire to develop a strong understanding of healthcare operations through hands-on exposure across multiple departments, with the opportunity to grow into future leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee programme with rotations across key departments, including Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics & IT.

• Gain hands-on exposure to daily operational workflows, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Work closely with department heads and team leads to understand departmental objectives, challenges, and performance metrics.

• Assist in reviewing, analysing, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Support departmental projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations as assigned.

• Collect, consolidate, and prepare reports related to operations, manpower, performance, and project outcomes.

Requirements
