Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Learning and Engagement Manager who is responsible for leading Learning & Engagement excellence for Paradox Singapore, strengthening capability development, training governance, and employee engagement frameworks to ensure effective programme delivery, compliance adherence, strong employee experience, and alignment to organisational culture and sustainability priorities.

The role also drives Global Learning & Engagement strategy and consistency across PHG/Corporate operations, providing oversight and partnership to overseas teams to ensure aligned learning standards, leadership development, engagement frameworks, compliance training, and data-driven insights that support a high-performing and connected workforce across markets.

Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

Strategy & Planning

• Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify capability gaps across functional, technical, operational, and leadership domains
• Develop and manage the annual Learning Calendar, including compliance training, leadership development, and operational excellence programmes
• Design and implement bi-annual learning initiatives aligned with organizational priorities

Programme Management & Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end training administration (registration, tracking, certification, and reporting)
• Facilitate training programmes globally, including:

1. Diversity & Inclusion
2. Brand Service Excellence
3. Leadership development

• Develop and manage mentorship and coaching programmes for High-Potential talent and senior leaders

Governance & Compliance

• Monitor mandatory training completion rates across countries and ensure full compliance
• Maintain consistent learning frameworks, standards, and policies across all properties
• Manage Learning & Engagement scorecards, including Future Leaders programme tracking
• Coordinate EXSA nominations and submissions (Singapore operations)

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes
• Partner with business leaders to implement targeted capability-building interventions
• Drive continuous improvement of learning initiatives based on data insights

Financial & Operational Management

• Plan and manage the annual Learning & Engagement budget
• Ensure cost optimisation and effective utilisation of resources
• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and resolve discrepancies

Engagement & Internal Communications

Employee Engagement Strategy

• Design and deliver engagement initiatives to enhance culture, employee experience, and retention

• Lead key programmes including:

1. Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey (global)
2. Quarterly Pulse Checks (Brand Values, Sustainability, Work Safety and Health etc.)
3. Recognition and appreciation initiatives

Events & Culture Building

• Organise and manage:

1. Quarterly Singapore Townhall meetings
2. Bi-annual Global Townhall sessions
3. Company-wide engagement events (Dinner & Dance, festive celebrations, wellness programmes, team bonding, sustainability initiatives)

Communication & Employer Branding

• Develop internal communication materials supporting learning campaigns and organisational updates
• Partner with leadership teams to strengthen communication, engagement, and employer branding

Data & Insights

• Analyse engagement data and provide actionable recommendations to improve participation, morale, and retention
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for management review

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning and engagement strategies with business goals
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless programme execution
• Provide strategic input to enhance organisational culture and employee experience

Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake projects and assignments as directed by Corporate Management

This is not a classroom-based administrative role. It requires strong agency and sales experience, credibility with Financial Consultants (FCs) and Leaders, and the ability to drive measurable performance outcomes.

Job Summary

Lead the planning, execution and oversight of clinical research studies while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, study delivery and continuous improvement across the clinical trial lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the operational planning and execution of clinical research studies, ensuring delivery against study timelines, quality standards and business objectives

• Act as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective study planning, execution and issue resolution

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of study protocols and operational requirements

• Provide operational expertise and guidance on clinical trial processes, study feasibility, protocol implementation and regulatory requirements

• Support protocol reviews and contribute operational insights to optimise study design and execution strategies

• Drive study start-up, execution and close-out activities while ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables

• Monitor study progress, identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful study outcomes

• Facilitate study governance activities, including project meetings, operational reviews and stakeholder communications

• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and communication of study metrics, milestones and key operational updates

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Biomedical Sciences/ Nursing or related studies

• 5 - 8 years of working experience managing and delivering clinical research studies within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research unit (CRU) or contract research organisation (CRO) environments

• Strong experience supporting or managing Phase I, II, III and/or IV clinical studies across the clinical trial lifecycle

• Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial regulations, ethics committee/IRB processes and clinical research best practices

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment

• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, study management and operational planning

• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance study execution and operational efficiency

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience coaching, mentoring or leading team members will be advantageous

• Proactive, strategic and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic clinical research environment.
